Este album es una recopilacion de muchos conciertos de la banda.Fue lanzado en Octubre de 1996 bajo el sello Geffen.
Anteriormente,Krist Novoselic y Dave Grohl ,ivan a lanzar un disco en vivo en 1994,para hacerle compañar lo que fue Mtv Unplugged en un set de 2 cds.Pero,estaban emocionalmente inhabilitados para hacerlo,tras lo sucedido con Kurt Cobain.
